Here are a few ideas to get you started – stuff your kong with a combination of any of the following wet and dry ingredients that your dog loves and freeze

  • Canned dog food
  • Raw dog food
  • Cream cheese
  • Peamutt butter
  • Natural yogurt
  • Freeze dried treats
  • Berries
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Cheese. 
  • If your dog eats kibble, you could soak this in an unsalted broth or water for a few minutes then study it into the kong and freeze. 

Working for food enriches your dogs day and gives your training a boost! So providing them with the opportunity to eat their food over a period of time and involves more effort than inhaling food from a bowl, will have a positive impact on behaviour changes.
